At Silva Sutra, every piece of jewellery is thoughtfully handcrafted, and each item goes through multiple rounds of quality checks before reaching you. We are committed to upholding the highest standards of craftsmanship and care across our collections.
While we strive for perfection, if there is an issue with your order, we’re here to assist.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We offer a one-time return or exchange only under the following conditions:
- You have received a defective product due to a manufacturing or quality issue, or
- You have received an incorrect product that does not match your order.
Please note:
- All returns and exchanges are subject to Silva Sutra’s sole discretion. Each case is handled individually and with care.
Return Request Process
If you believe your product is eligible for return or exchange, please reach out to us within 2 days of delivery at:

Please include the following details in your email:
- Your order number
- Your delivery address
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear images of the item showing the defect or mismatch
Resolution Process
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup within 2–4 business days.
- Please ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a credit note of the full eligible amount (with no expiry date) for future purchases.
Important Notes
- We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- Requests for return, exchange, or credit notes will not be accepted after 4 days from the date of delivery.
